Welcome to the "NEW" Natural Lullabies! This is our 9th year in business and what a great year to open a BIRTH CENTER with our partner, friend and talented midwife, Ruth Cobb. That's right, the time is now to combine forces and create more options for birthing families in Tulsa. Through all of the changes we have gone through, one thing has remained the same... a passion for educating, empowering and supporting our fellow Tulsans through pregnancy into parenthood. Combining that with a love for YOGA and conscious living brings to you this version of Natural Lullabies. This is our 3rd location in our 9 years of business and we are so grateful for the ongoing support Tulsa has shown Natural Lullabies.

Our website is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION and we are working hard on getting a new one up and going very soon! Until then, check out some of our upcoming classes. We are taking registrations for all of our May classes, workshops and events.

New Yoga Schedule Starts May 7th

We're getting ready to launch nine yoga classes a week, including 2 mommy and me yoga classes and 2 prenatal yoga classes! Classes begin May 5th, 2012!!!
HERE'S THE NEW YOGA SCHEDULE:

• Monday @ 10 am: Mommy & Me Yoga (pre-walkers)
• Monday @ 12 pm: Lunch Flow Yoga (45-min class)
• Monday @ 5:30 pm: Prenatal Yoga
• Tuesday @ 7 pm: emPOWERed Yoga
• Wednesday @ 10 am: Mommy & Me Yoga (walkers)
• Wednesday @ 12 pm: Lunch Flow Yoga (45-min class)
• Wednesday @ 6 pm: Prenatal Yoga
  
• Thursday @ 5:45 pm: emPOWERed Yoga
  
• Friday @ 12 pm: Lunch Flow Yoga (45-min class)

Promotion Details: Promotion is valid towards 1(ONE) ten class pass and is valid towards all group yoga classes held at Natural Lullabies. Promotion expires 4/30/12. This pass cannot be transferred to other parties or split up between people. The pass expires 6 months from the date of your first class.

• Pure Birth 8-week Class: starts Monday, May 7th 6:30 - 9:00 pm $250/couple
• Conscious Parenting Workshop: May 24th 7:00 - 8:30 pm $25/couple
• Mindful Mama's Night Out: May 11th 6:30 - $25/mama
