Natural Lullabies has decided to make our Breastfeeding awareness efforts bigger than ever this year. As a company, we have been educating, supoprting and empowering breastfeeding mama's since we opened our doors in 2003. It has been and continues to be a very important aspect of our mission. This year, we are planning some exciting events for the 2008 World Breastfeeding Week (August 1st-7th).

The goal of our campaign is to put together 200 "Breastfeeding Kits" to give to local mothers during pregnancy who are planning to breastfeed. The contents of the kit are still being determined but will include helpful items such as a "How-to" book and other important items to assist and support breastfeeding moms. The kits will also include a FREE one-day breastfeeding class at Natural Lullabies. The kits are expected to cost aroun $25 each and have a value of over $50. In order to make enough kits, we hope to raise over $5000. Kits will be distributed at selected OB/GYN offices, through local midwives and at Natural Lullabies.

• Auction & Breastfeeding Carnival: SATURDAY AUG. 2ND - 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  Come and bid on some great items while knowing you are helping local mother's have a better chance at breastfeeding successfully. Our carnival will include some fun carnival games and free cake as we celebrate all of those breastfeeding mamas. It's our way of saying "Thank you" for breastfeeding your baby. FREE TO ALL!!!!
  
  
• Mama's Night Out: FRIDAY AUG. 1ST - 6:00 - 7:30 PM
  Enjoy a night away from the babes and the company of other mamas. We'll be enjoying a relaxing yoga session, organic snacks, drinks and some interesting "Lactation" games! We're sure you will enjoy this unique opportunity while having the opportunity to make a difference in our community. COST IS $20 PER PERSON - BRING A FRIEND FOR ONLY $10 MORE! Natural Lullabies Donations

• Natural Lullabies will donate $1.00 for every subscription we receive of the "Breastfeeding Affirmation Text Messages".
• Natural Lullabies will be donating items to the auction during World Breastfeeding Week.
• Free breastfeeding classes will be donated to all the receipients of the Breastfeeding Kits distributed
