Yoga for children 3 months - 2 years
 

It's finally time to let your little one enjoy the great benefits of yoga. Diaper yoga begins with babies at 3 months and going upward to 2 years. You are sure to enjoy this relaxed but engaging yoga class with your child. In Diaper Yoga class, we will spend the first few minutes breathing peacefully with our child to bring harmony and quietness within ourselves and within our child. Then we will begin some fun and interactive yoga poses for your child. We will also sing songs, make silly sounds, and hum with them to encourage smiles and laughing. Babies often squeal with delight at the fun they're having during yoga!

NEW CLASS FORMAT!!!! We are changing a few things with our Diaper Yoga classes. We feel confident these changes will make for better experiences for mother and baby. NOW, we will be adding infant massage each week working on different parts of the body. We are also adding a story time to the end of each class. Also, classes are changing to an ongoing format (previously we held these in 6-week increments). TRY OUT DIAPER YOGA OUT - FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

Class Prices

Drop-In Class: $10.00/$8.00 for members
One Month Unlimited: $45.00/$35.00 for members
8 Class Pass: $60.00/$50.00 members (to be used within 3 months of purchase and can be used on all 3 types of yoga classes: Prenatal, Mommy & Me, Diaper Yoga)

Regular Members receive 3 months FREE YOGA.
Premium Members receive 6 months FREE YOGA.

Class Times

Choose from any session that works in your schedule. All classes are approximately 40-45 minutes.

Diaper Yoga FAQ's

How is this class different from Mommy & Me Yoga?Diaper Yoga
This entire class is actually for the baby/toddler. Moms will be engaging with their children and putting them gently into the poses. In our Mommy & Me yoga class, we spend a few minutes of the class doing some gentle baby poses but the majority of the class is yoga for the mom.

What are the benefits of yoga for children?
Many benefits have been reported including less fussiness, better sleep cycles, increased body awareness, and bonding and family togetherness.

What is my baby is fussy during class?
Our Diaper Yoga class is not meant to be a stressful time to make your child do yoga. We will always encourage you to honor how your child feels that day. If your child wants to sleep, then you can scoop her up and hold her in your arms, lie back on a mat and rest peacefully there with her until she is awake. If your baby is crying and fussing, you can visit our mama's lounge area to calm him down, breastfeed Diaper Yogaor rock. We don't force yoga on our babies or ourselves. This is meant to be a good experience for everyone!

What if I have to feed my baby or change a diaper during class?
That's easy enough. You can feed your baby right there in the class room or visit our Mama's Lounge which is equipped with a sofa, soft chairs and a diaper changing table.
