Send an email to melissa@naturallullabies.com or call (918) 381-0828 as soon as you know you'll have to cancel.
Do I lose any money if I have to cancel?
Based on the nature of a retreat type event, cancellations of the retreat will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the number of participants and whether we have met the minimum amount will determine whether a cancellation refund can be given. We recommend that you make sure this is something you want to do before committing the money. As we have based the entire retreat off of a certain number of participants, any changes in that as we get closer to the retreat could potentially risk the retreat for the rest of the participants. For special circumstances, we will try to acommodate you as best as we can.
What if I decide to leave a retreat early, can I get a refund?
There will be no refunds for early departures.
Can I transfer my deposit or payment to another retreat?
Transferring a deposit or payment to another retreat may be an option, however, it must be discussed in advance of the workshop and depends upon the circumstances. |
