We have decided to add on a special class - just for moms. This is open to all moms of any age! Join in on the fun of our motherly love at yoga time.

This doesn't mean you will have to leave your little ones at home. We will have a sitter in our playroom next door if you need to bring your child with you. We are trying a new adventure by taking some time out just for you.

Class Time: Wednesday 10 am - 11 am
