Our Mommy & Me yoga is a perfectly designed class for moms. After having a new baby, it's hard to imagine that there would ever be a day where you can work out again. We have taken the hassles of finding a sitter and getting to a workout class and made it easier. Just bring your tot with you!
This class is designed for moms beginning at 6 weeks postpartum (check with your Doctor before attending classes) up until your child is preschool age. Babies are welcome to be in the room with you or visit our playroom right next door (there's even a window that you can check on them throughout class).
Our playroom is equipped with some toys and we do have a baby sitter for EVERY Mommy & Me class so that little one who like to roam will be better watched after while mama's enjoy some precious yoga time. There is no additional fee for the baby sitting option.
We don't just work on our bottoms and bellies in this class, we also incorporate some fun in a laid-back atmosphere! We're all yogi's around here and we like to have a good time and build some muscle and endurance so we can chase around those little ones all day.
This class is 1 hour long (simply because that is about all the tots
can take).
