This class will help prepare you for the joys and challenges of caring for a new baby. The Happiest baby approach finally explains what is colic and more importantly teaches parents how to calm down almost any crying baby in minutes...or seconds (by turning on the "calming reflex"). You will be taught and get to practice specific calming techniques on a doll or on your baby!
Parents of newborns (0-3 months old) are encouraged to bring their baby. Purchase of Parent kit required. Parent kit includes The Happiest Baby DVD and a Super-Soothing Sounds CD. Great to take during your 3rd trimester too! Class comes FREE with our Premium Pregnancy Membership

All parenting classes have a maximum of 8 couples. Children are welcome however there will be no supervision available. Many families find that "lap or crawling" babies work well but older children may make it hard to enjoy the class. Please use your own discretion. You know your child(ren) better than we do!
