After 5 years of asking, it has finally arrived. We have formulated our very own high-quality Postpartum Care support team. Postpartum Doulas have been around for centuries but before the separation of families it was usually a close family member such as a mother, sister, aunt, etc. Today, our families are generally separated from the constant support that may be necessary to get off to a good start. For this reason, Postpartum Doulas or Postpartum Support has become popular. Families find that the extra pair of hands becomes necessary to help you in those precious few days and weeks.

As on of our Postpartum Clients you will be assigned to one of our Professionally trained Mama's Mentor who has extensive experience in helping mothers in childbirth and postpartum. These team members are also Mama's themselves so they offer the experience of being there and the compassionate understanding of how hard those first few days and week can be. All of our Mama's Mentors have gone through training and adhere to our Professional Code of Ethics.

Our Postpartum Support Package is $300.00 and includes:

• One Prenatal Visit to address the ways you would like to receive help after your baby arrives
• 10 hours of in-home postpartum support with one of our team members - we call them Mama's Mentors
  (This will often include hands-on help with baby soothing techniques; bathing; light house-keeping; running small errands; meal planning; answering normal baby care questions; referrals for additional services; optional hospital visit; help with older children)
• 1-hour visit with our Lactation Consultant (office visit - but if you want her to come to your house it's only $15 extra)
• FREE One-year Natural Lullabies Membership which includes free weekly Mama Meetings; 10% discount on all classes & products; plus much more!
• Free Postpartum Packet chalked-full of important tips for newborns; parenting; breastfeeding & more
• Free unlimited phone/email support with your Mama's Helper for 6 weeks postpartum
• BABY'S ARRIVED: Your mentor will write down the details of your baby's first weeks in a story and present this to you at the final appointment

Hourly Rate for a Mama's Mentor is $30/hour. The hourly rate is only available to our Postpartum Clients who have purchased the Package above.
